In this Ted Talk from 2013, he critiques the current system and argues that it should prioritize human diversity, creativity, and curiosity. Robinson emphasizes the importance of arts education, personalized teaching, and early childhood education, and believes that responsibility should be given to schools and the teaching profession should be elevated.
