We seek Quality in everything. However, it seems that we are too concentrated on finding Quality, and we miss the core of it, which is Trust.
Trust is the core of Quality. But Trust is less independently that we might perceive it in a glance. And the essence of Trust is Transparency.
By so far, it goes like this: Quality is based on Trust. Trust on its turn is based on Transparency.
Naturally, the following question arises: “What’s the core of Transparency?”.
- How can you achieve Transparency?
- That way that it is easy for others to see what actions are performed?
Well, the answer is simple, but not more straightforward to use, communication.
Communication is an art, which might be useful in achieving Transparency if it is used right. Starting with the idea that Transparency is operating in such a way that it is easy for others to see what actions are performed, the conclusion is simple to understand.
Going back to the beginning, let’s do it again: Quality is based on Trust. Trust is based on Transparency. Transparency is based on Communication Art.
Therefore to achieve Quality, which everyone nowadays looks for, being a master of communication art could be very useful. Communication in all its forms, online or offline.
That looks simple. Incredibly simple. However, there are so many between us who still cannot see it. That’s the reason why is simple and repetitive.
But, remember simple doesn’t necessarily mean simpler to implement.
